Preheat the oven to 180 °C in static mode.
Mix in a bowl Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla and sweetener until you get a smooth mixture.
Combine the sifted cornstarch and gently incorporate.
Pour into a cake tin lined with parchment paper.
